I am currently living in Asheville, NC.

Do you see clients in person and/or virtually?

A present, I am only seeing clients via virtual sessions. I do not have an in-person office.

Do you take insurance?

I do. I am on-panel with the following insurance companies:

    • Blue Cross & Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC)
    • United Healthcare (UHC)
    • Carolina Behavioral Health Alliance (CBHA)
    • Aetna
    • Magellan
    • Medicare

If your insurance company is not listed, you still may able to work with me and utilize your insurance through your out-of-network benefits. Contact your provider for more information on OON benefits.

I do not have insurance (or you don’t take mine), what is your hourly rate?

My hourly rate is $115 per session, with an initial session (or intake session) rate of $130. I will consider sliding-scale rates for individuals who want therapy but cannot afford to pay for it out-of-pocket.

What is your availability like? When do you see clients?

Currently, I am only seeing a limited number of clients between 10am-2pm on weekdays. Contact me for more information on my current openings.
